Rapid City is performing a road re-construction of Jackson Blvd between Mountain View Rd and Canyon Lake Dr. CenturyLink must abandon its copper cables and transfer working services to fiber fed digital loop carriers (DLC). Copper reliant services, such as non-loaded copper loops will no longer be supported after the cut to DLC; all other types of unbundled loops will still be available.
