Setup Email on Outlook 2013

1. Select "File".

2. Select "Account Settings".

3. Select "Account Settings" again.

4. Select "New".

5. Select "Manual setup or additional server types".

6. Select "Next".

7. Select "POP or IMAP".

8. Select "Next".

9. Enter the following:
  • 1. Your Name
  • 2. Your Email Address

10. Select "POP3".

11. Enter for the "Incoming mail server".

12. Enter for the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)".

13. Enter your User Name. If your email address is, username would be customer.
You can test your email address and password by signin into Webmail.

14. Enter your "Password".

15. Select "More Settings".

16. Select the "Advanced" tab. Enter 110 for the "Incoming server (POP3)".

17. Do the following:
  • 1. Enter 587 for the "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) port"
  • 2. Check the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
  • 3. Select "OK"

18. Select "Next".

19. Select "Close".

20. Select "Finish".
