Setup other devices wirelessly
By default, wireless is already enabled on most CenturyLink modems. The default wireless settings are usually located on the bottom of the modem. Please locate the SSID, since you will need it to configure your wireless device.
If you don't have a sticker, or the settings have changed, Verify the Modem Settings manually. Start Over
Now it's time to connect your wireless device to the Network Name (SSID) of your modem. Once your wireless device finds the Network Name (SSID) to your modem, click Next.
If you are uncertain how to connect your wireless device to a wireless network, please consult the device's documentation on how to connect via Wi-Fi. If you cannot locate the support documentation for your wireless device, contact the manufacturer. Here are some resources for common devices:

To verify the wireless settings in your modem:
1. Connect a computer directly to your modem using an Ethernet connection.
2. Open up a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox.
3. In the address bar type http://192.168.0.1*, then hit enter on your keyboard.
4. Select Wireless Setup, the wireless settings will be located on step 3 or 5.
