LIS Trunking provides for connectivity between the CLEC's Point of Interface (POI) and works with a CenturyLink end office or local tandem for exchange of Local Extended Area Service (Local/EAS) traffic. LIS Trunking provides for a direct connection to CenturyLink's interconnected networks.
