One Click Fix Support Actions
After selecting one of the above options, Active X controls may be required for Self-help SupportActions to function correctly. If Active X controls are required, click on the message bar at the top of this browser page. An example of this is shown below. Active X controls only need to be installed the first time you run a Self-help SupportAction.
